Website Community Sector Network of PEI

The Community Sector Network of PEI is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to
spearhead our shared services program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
understanding of shared services, program development, and stakeholder engagement. As the
Shared Services Navigator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs and facilitating
partnerships between organizations and service providers.
Responsibilities:
● Define client selection criteria to ensure alignment with program goals.
● Implement standardized processes and workflows for requesting, approving, and
delivering shared services, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
● Conduct interviews with potential participant organizations to identify common service
needs.
● Identify and vet potential service providers across various domains based on identified
needs.
● Monitor the implementation process and gather feedback from clients and consultants.
● Monitor the performance and utilization of shared services, analyzing key metrics to
identify areas for improvement and optimization.
● Other duties as required
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
● Strong understanding of shared service concepts and best practices.
● Proven experience in project management, preferably in the development and
implementation phase.
● Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
● Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
