This position requires the proven ability to work collaboratively with the community, partners, and donors to garner support and resources essential to fulfilling our mission. 
 
Are you a creative thinker, inspirational storyteller and experienced in building community relationships? BGC Charlottetown is looking for a Revenue Development Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating fundraising/development activities for BGC Charlottetown. This includes the design and implementation of fundraising approaches to support the organization’s vision and strategic growth. This position is also responsible for managing the revenue development process, including prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all donors. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
 
The Revenue Development Manager should have the following education, experience and qualifications: 
A Baccalaureate Degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or Communications and Four (4) years of professional fundraising experience OR any equivalent combination of education, training and experience, that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 

 
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 Up to 5% RRSP matching, unlimited paid vacation policy, and hybrid work model.  
Anticipated Start Date:  ASAP (flexible)
