A few months ago, I decided to quit my job because of the monotony. I wanted a job that would challenge me more. Thanks to ASDA, I didn't have to wait long. Within two months, I was able to find a job in my field with exceptional benefits. I used to think that having a lot of qualifications in a resume was enough to get a good job. I was wrong. Without ASDA's help to polish my resume and send applications, I would probably still be looking for a job.
Transitioning from university to the workforce can be daunting for potential graduates and I was no exception. Luckily for me I found out about ASDA and with their help I was not just able to land a job opportunity, I was able to get one in my field of interest. Beyond helping me secure a job, the ASDA team also provided mentorship that helped prepare me for this new phase of my life. I would definitely encourage students to register and let the ASDA team help them figure out their next steps.
"Entering my last year of University, I faced the challenge of preparing for life after school. I was worried about getting a job since I had no experience in my field. Thanks to ASDA, I was able to get a job in my area. Thanks to their preparation, I was well prepared for my interview (and oh boy, was I nervous). So far, I love my job and the opportunity to broaden my network, sharpen my skills, and achieve my goals."
Fikayo Daniel Oyinloye, ASDA PeerPal Member
I was able to land an amazing job opportunity right before I graduated college and ASDA was instrumental in my success. They guided me throughout the process and ensured that my application was spectacular. Their professionalism and work ethic are unmatched, and I'm entirely grateful to their team. I would highly recommend ASDA to any job seekers out there.
As a full-time student depending on part-time employment to get by, I felt first-hand, the staggering effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the job market. During this period, ASDA helped connect me with a remote job opportunity, flexible enough to accommodate my schedule and also related to my field of study. Their assistance through the application and interview process cannot be overstated. Thanks to ASDA, I have a job in my field along with connections that will prove useful to my career going forward.

With ASDA, I was able to not only refine my resume to top-notch quality, I landed my first job in my field of practice while an undergrad. Was definitely worth my time!"
I connected with ASDA to identify opportunities in the workforce relating to people management and marketing. The ASDA was supportive and responsive, as they helped me identify more than one job opportunity in the market. I was successfully interviewed and offered a position within two weeks of reaching out to ASDA.
I found ASDA when I started to question myself after many un-answered applications and unsuccessful interviews. But ASDA quickly secured me with a full-time job in my field of interest. They connected me with a job opening in my area, suggested to the company that I am eligible for applying for the Graduate Mentorship program, which I wouldn't know of if I applied for the job myself, and followed through the whole hiring process! I highly recommend ASDA to international students and recent graduates who need some help launching their careers in Atlantic Canada.
