Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and presenting menus to them
- Taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen
- Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meal and address any concerns or complaints
- Handling payment and making change for customers
- Cleaning and setting tables for the next customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and handling payment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including any specials or dietary restrictions
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
