Solar Boat Kitchen Cook

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Preparing food according to recipes and menu specifications 
• Ensuring that all food is cooked and stored at the appropriate temperature 
• Monitoring food stock levels and ordering supplies as needed 

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment 
• Training and supervising other kitchen staff as needed 
• Following health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience an advantage but not required 

• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately 
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time 
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
