Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing food according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensuring that all food is cooked and stored at the appropriate temperature
- Monitoring food stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Training and supervising other kitchen staff as needed
- Following health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience an advantage but not required
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
