Atlantic Student Development Alliance (ASDA) was founded in 2020 as a non-profit organization to offer
transitional support to international students and graduates at all stages of their pathway to residency on
Prince Edward Island. Through programming and peer support, we are bridging the gap between
post-secondary and the job market by supporting the readiness and the successful transition of
international students and graduates into the job market.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program and Administration Manager will define, design and
manage ASDA’s employer and programming initiatives in this new and exciting role and serve as ASDA’s
Build and maintain relationships with employers
Design and maintain programming for students and graduates
Metrics and tracking success rates of programming offered
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives
Support employers with HR-related issues
Provide oversight and manage ASDA employees (this position will have two to four direct reports)
Help create work processes
Building and implementing work plans based on the strategic plan
In the absence of the Executive Director, assumes decision-making authority (acts as a back-up for
the Executive Director)
2-5 years of relevant experience in program development, management, outreach
Good knowledge of data collection, analysis and management
Prior people management experience
Program design, implementation and management in the non-profit sector
Knowledge and application of HR practices
Prior experience with the process and work plan management
Nice to have:
Fundraising/grant writing experience
Important note: the successful candidate must reside in PEI
One-time, nominal moving allowance can be provided, if required.

Salary: CAD52,000 (funding is available for one year with a possibility of extension)
