NOW HIRING: Motorsports Parts Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire – Charlottetown, PEI 

HOURS: Full Time, Permanent. 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and a rotation of Saturday mornings 8:00am – 12:00pm. 

COMPENSATION: $16.00 – $19.00/ hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
  • High motivation and a dedication to delivering top-quality work.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Skill in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proficient use of computer systems and software for operations.
  • Valuable experience with recreational products, though not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

JOB TASKS:

  • Assist customers in person, via phone, or online with their parts inquiries.
  • Identify and source the correct motorsports parts and accessories based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder parts as needed, and organize the inventory area.
  • Provide pricing information for parts and services.
  • Generate quotes for customers and explain pricing details.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues, including returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
  • Address concerns with professionalism and customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and special orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Utilize computer systems and software for parts lookup, ordering, and inventory management.
