Position Summary:  Customer Service Representative (Operations)

The Customer Service Representative individual helps us coordinate the daily activities of our business on behalf of the Management and Sales Teams. The main responsibilities include creating projects, identifying, and solving problems that exist at different level of the business; ensure Project Managers have access to their projects; follow any operational guidelines necessary for the smooth functioning and success of the business.

The job includes identifying and resolving problems, as well as building, and maintaining positive relationships. The employee will be working closely with the Sales Manager and the Operations Manager.

Working remotely from Prince Edward Island, the Customer Service Representative will support the coordination of new and existing projects, and the daily activities of our consultants. You will work to support the orders desk, manage project creation, and engage with customers directly to support the objectives of the BAASS Sales Team.

Qualifications

University or College degree
1-3 Years of experience in a customer support/operations capacity; will also consider new graduates
Willingness to work within a flexible and collaborative team environment
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong organizational skills – timesheets and expenses completed in a timely manner
Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining focused and organized
Experience with a Customer Management System (CRM) preferred; however, will provide training
