Join ASDA for a two-day workshop that focuses on Evidence-based recruiting strategies and HR practices. Open to all employers, HR practitioners, and leaders on PEI!

There will be two workshops including a panel discussion that features industry leaders championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in workforce development.
Day 1: Evidence-based recruiting strategies and foundations of equity, diversity and inclusion, and HR best practices
Day 2: Panel discussion with industry leaders
Expected outcomes include:
- Evidence-based recruiting strategies that employers and HR professionals can use to attract and interview a diverse and qualified candidate pool that yields effective results
- Practical HR strategies that are not based on racist and oppressive foundations, such as meritocracy, mentorship, ERGs, etc.
Attendees are encouraged to attend both workshops to get the best out of this event.
